Tips that can help

There are few ways through which sufferers can be helped.

a) Maintaining a spiritual programme, keeps you mentally stable.

b) Try encouraging the sufferers by talking to them. Be understanding and don't misunderstand what he/she is going through, the sufferer is not acting, over reacting or being difficult. The individual needs time to come to grips with the experience. And the sufferer must try to confide on someone he or she feels close to and pour out your feelings to this person because a problem shared is a problem half solved, the sufferer, must talk to people and be opened inother to fight the trauma and learn to trust people having in mind that just like we have unique finger prints so also are we unique and different, so it is alright to give people chance into your life and don't kick people out because of what you have gone happened in your life.

c) If it continues get him or her to see a psychologist.
